Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced General Contractor to join our team. As a General Contractor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects from start to finish. This is a full-time position with competitive pay. Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects according to client specifications - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success - Obtain necessary permits and licenses for construction projects - Estimate project costs and develop budgets - Schedule and oversee the work of subcontractors and construction crews - Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards - Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary - Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members - Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction Requirements: - Proven experience as a General Contractor or similar role in the construction industry - Strong knowledge of various construction trades and techniques - Proficient in electrical work, drywall installation, glass installation, caulking, plastering, hardscaping, and other relevant skills - Familiarity with construction management principles and practices - Ability to read blueprints and use tools such as Bluebeam for construction estimating - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Note: All positions must be paid including internship positions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 – 35 per week
