We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Prime Health. As a Nurse Practitioner specializing in BHRT, MWL and wellness, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care remotely. You will work closely with our team to assess, diagnose, and treat patients, emphasizing holistic approaches to health and well-being. The ideal candidate will be eager to expand their professional experience and utilize their advanced clinical training.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews, lab result reviews, remote physical examinations, and hormonal evaluations.

Collaborate with the medical team to develop personalized treatment plans, focusing on BHRT/MWL and wellness interventions.

Prescribe bio-identical hormone therapies, compounded GLP-1 agonists, and other relevant medical therapies remotely.

Educate and counsel patients on BHRT, nutrition, lifestyle modifications, and other wellness strategies.

Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans accordingly, and ensure optimal outcomes.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with clinic policies and regulations.

Stay informed about the latest advancements in BHRT, MWL and wellness practices through ongoing professional development.

Perform comprehensive assessments of new patients prior to decisions about their treatment

Manage patient access to both scheduled and non-emergent unscheduled visits to ensure availability and continuity of care

Formulate differential diagnoses and care plans based on medical history, physical exams, and nursing assessments

Order, conduct, and interpret diagnostic and laboratory tests

Identify and prescribe appropriate pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions and therapies

Consult with physicians and other healthcare providers in the evaluation of medical screenings

Qualifications

Required skills and qualifications:

Current Nurse Practitioner license in Oklahoma (additional states are a plus).

Master’s of science in nursing (or equivalent) from an accredited nurse practitioner program

Advanced nurse practitioner (ANP) certification or equivalent

Prescriptive authority, as required

Basic life support (BLS) certification or equivalent

Certification in BHRT or willingness to obtain certification.

Experience in hormone replacement therapy, compounded prescription medical weight loss solution and wellness practices is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively and remotely to offer best possible care options to patients.

Strong commitment to patient care and well-being.

Preferred skills and qualifications:

At least two years of experience in Endocrinology, Bariatric Services, BHRT Services

Experience with EHR (electronic health records), Telehealth services.
