Pest Control Door to Door Sales Manager
Unique opportunity for someone looking to manage a sales team locally.

Job opportunity is in Northern Utah. The Salt Lake area. We service from Ogden to Nephi as well as PC, Heber, Midway.

We are looking to hire individuals who are self-motivated and ready to perform and lead the pack. We have sales teams put together, and are looking to add on managers to help manage as well as sell themselves. There is opportunity for growth, not often found at other companies. We are a growing company with 8 current offices in various states. Our goal is for these individuals to be highly motivated and self driven. If you're tired of the summer sales gig in other states, come stay local and help grow our offices here. You must have pest sales experience and a proven track record of success. The pay will range with experienced pay level commission %'s maxing out at 65%. Based on duties and hitting goals, you will also qualify for office production pay. Our biggest goal is allowing more individuals equity and ownership in this space. As you perform, those conversations will be had to see if you meet the criteria to be a partner within this industry.

This can be a temporary position, or year round.

Job Requirements:

-Valid drivers license

-People skills are a must!

-Strong work ethic

-Customer service and/or sales experience, preferred

-You will be working with people daily

- Selling pest control and lawn/weed packages to suite customers needs

Pay: $75,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
