Job Description:This position will be part of our Onsite team located in Baton Rouge, LA. For this position, you must be available to cover call on weekends/ weekdays after hours and travel to other on/off-site locations within the PRIME organization.
Job Responsibilities:

• Administer safety medications in response to COVID Vaccines
• Enters and updates data in the electronic filing system to be released by the MRO.
• Calls donors and performs the template interview for non-DOT donors who have positive drug results.
• Send non-negative drug screen reports to the MRO.
• Reviews physical/drug screen results for occupational medical services.
• Random drug screen pulls.
• Reviews electronic medical evaluations for all services.
• Conducts electronic chart review, telemedicine FFDs, and random pulls.
• Functions as a member of the Drug team demonstrating knowledge in drug screen collection.
• Able to communicate well with collection sites, laboratories, employer representatives, and other occupational medicine clinics.

• Reliable transportation is required.
• Serve as a floater to provide LPN services to other off/on site locations.
• Work well with others is a must.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work independently, as well part of a team.
• Must demonstrate a great work ethic
• Must be detail-oriented and well organized.
• Must demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• LPN license required
• Occupational Medicine experience is a plus.
