PRIME Occupational Medicine’s Mission:

Objectives of this role: Support hardware and software throughout a multiple state medical company. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a fast-growing medical company, performing comprehensive end user support. This will also include, but not limited to:

• Perform comprehensive maintenance which includes PC, laptops, printers, and other PC peripherals
• Deploy PCs, printers, and other peripherals including client's based standard software for all client locations
• Making certain projects, trouble tickets, and tasks are completed correctly and on schedule
• Work closely with IT team to collaborate, share best practices and participate in cost saving initiatives and follow standards
• Install & configure end user software
• Assist the IT team in maintaining a high level of security regarding customer data and network infrastructure.
• Work with contractor and vendors on network maintenance
• Update hardware/software asset data upon installation or relocation of any PC equipment
• Support other company developed technical equipment
• The ability to balance day to day help desk issues while maintaining a security focused mindset.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Possess a Technical Diploma or CompTIA A certification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Minimum 2 years' experience in PC/printers support & maintenance
• Experience in support systems/hardware deployment project is an added advantage
• Experience in PC (desktop, laptop, etc.) troubleshooting and general IT support in an enterprise environment
• Knowledgeable with a ticketing system/environment
• Experience in supporting Window client based application such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic knowledge in supporting iOS devices (i.e. iPhone and iPad)
• High level understanding of enterprise Windows management (Azure Cloud, Active Directory, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) as this role is highly interactive with users
• Pleasant personality and positive attitude
• Analytical skills and customer oriented
• May be required to work overtime and weekends
• May be required to travel when needed

Physical Demands: Sitting or standing for prolonged periods of time, lift, carry push, pull or otherwise move objects up to 75 pounds. Repetitive motion. Extensive use of computers, copy machines and keyboards. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. The ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Must have the ability to lift and carry parcels, packages and other items, to walk short distances, and drive a vehicle to deliver and pick up materials. Kneeling, bending and working overhead is required.
