Description

Objectives of this role

  • Execute the business plan and strategies that enable long-term profitable growth within an assigned geography while also managing the resources and expenses to achieve a profitable outcome.
  • Leads the regional operation managers in their efforts to manage a diverse team of operations and auxiliary staff to understand the needs of the patients and the clients of occupational medicine while maintaining responsibility for daily operations and performance of the clinic.
  • Serve as a leader and build staff consensus to ensure coordination and integration.
  • Ensure efficient workflows are in place to maximize productivity and performance.
  • To ensure execution of client services and patient care is delivered in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the overall administrative operational performance of all locations, including achievement of exceptional service, quality, financial and staff performance goals.
  • Leads change by communicating vision and gaining commitment of staff.
  • Executing strategy and tactics in pursuit of the company's revenue and operations goals.
  • Ensures that processes and resources are in place to meet the patient and staff expectations are executed on, resource utilization are monitored and evaluated for effectiveness and optimal results.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, including local, state and federal regulatory and contractual obligations.
  • Facilitates communication and flow of information between and among locations, with leadership, and other areas of the organization.
  • Analyzes and interprets performance data for use in decision making and process improvement efforts.
  • Oversees the hiring process, establishes performance goals, supports and coordinates training and development, and evaluates performance of operational staff in collaboration with Human Resources.
  • Plan and monitor the department's day-to-day objectives.
  • Provides constructive feedback to ensure that clients and customers receive the support that is necessary.
  • Study data and perform analyses on differing department operations.
  • Manage relationships with external partners.
  • Communicate relevant information from department heads and executives.
  • Adheres to PRIME’s Standards of Ethical Conduct displaying as applicable ethical behavior in the areas of business ethics, legal compliance, confidentiality, conflicts of interest, vendor relationships and the reporting of questionable activities.
  • Initiates, develops and supports organization processes and systems that ensure the effective and efficient delivery of patient care.
  • Facilities and environment that promotes team building and collaboration. Motivates, encourages and empowers staff to achieve personal, team, departmental and organizational goals. Recognizes individual and team accomplishments.

  • Other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

Required skills and qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, master’s degree preferred
  • Ten (10) years of relevant management experience is required
  • Administrative and managerial experience
  • Strong ethical leadership abilities
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Understanding of confidentiality
  • Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of local, state and national laws and regulations and procedures
