Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and organized and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a spa or office, and possess strong administrative and customer service skills. As a front desk agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of registration and providing exceptional customer care.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining customer records
- Manage appointment calendars and schedule appointments for customers
- Greet patients and provide them with necessary paperwork
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to appropriate staff members
- Assist with billing processes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office environment

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a dental or medical office setting is highly preferred
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of order entry systems and electronic health records (EHR)
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with phone systems and handling patient inquiries in a professional manner
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
