Job Summary:
Prime IV Hydration and Wellness is seeking an experienced and dynamic Medical Corporate Trainer to join our rapidly expanding team. As a leader in the IV hydration and wellness industry, we are committed to providing exceptional training and support to our franchisees and medical professionals across the nation. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and delivering comprehensive training programs focused on IV hydration, vitamin knowledge, consultation techniques, and operational best practices. You will be responsible for conducting classroom-style training sessions, hands-on skills demonstrations, and creating engaging training materials.

Duties:
· Develop and deliver immersive training programs covering IV hydration procedures, vitamin therapy, customer consultations, and business operations.

· Conduct classroom-style lectures and hands-on practical training sessions for new franchisees, medical professionals, and spa staff.

· Create and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and multimedia resources, ensuring they align with the company's standards and best practices.

· Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees and their teams through on-site visits, virtual training, and follow-up sessions.

· Collaborate with the Training Manager and cross-functional teams to continuously enhance and refine the training curriculum.

· Travel extensively, to newly opened franchise locations across the country to train their teams on-site.

· Occasionally assist at our corporate-owned spa locations to stay current with operational procedures and industry trends.

Other duties and projects as assigned by supervisor and department heads.

Qualifications:
● RN with an active and valid license.

● Extensive experience in administering IV hydration therapy and vitamin infusions.

● Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging training programs for adult learners.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

● Strong organizational and time management abilities.

● Willingness and ability to travel frequently, sometimes on short notice.

● Proficient in Google Suite and comfortable with virtual training platforms.

● Passion for the IV hydration and wellness industry, with a customer-centric approach.

● Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills

● The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing conditions with a positive attitude

● Understanding of 797 and OPSHA preferred
