As a Registered Nurse, you play a direct role in ensuring the spa is running smoothly and that our customers are taken care of and happy. You will work along side the general manager to train staff, manage inventory, complete scheduling, and many other daily responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Must have an active an unencumbered RN license (Registered Nurse)
• Previous experience with patient care including problem solving skills
• Previous experience with IV management is preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel within the assigned area (for potential mobile IV treatments)
• Must have a 90% success rate when starting IV's

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the facility including: schedule, staffing, training, client interaction, documentation and company policies and procedures.
• Assist in implementing and monitoring programs for effectiveness including client safety, staff safety and operational efficiency.
• Aiding in the development of staff by providing training on specific job-related skills and providing feedback to improve the skills of staff.
• Aiding in the development of individual staff by assisting in goals and objectives for career development and advancement.
• Aiding in team and cooperation by performing duties independently.
• Documentation according to AZ state guidelines as well as all other necessary documents according to facility policies and procedures.

Job Types: Part-time, PRN

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week
