Basic knowledge of the trucking/transportation industry preferred.
Abilities
Strong customer service, multi-tasking, and organizational skills. Must be self-motivated and able to work under limited supervision effectively.
Experience, Education, and Training
Two years of relevant technical experience required. Microsoft Server experience and basic networking knowledge required.
Physical Requirements
This position requires being able to sit and remain focused and motivated for long periods of time. Being able to multitask between the computer, phone, and different projects is required.
Working Environment
Primarily indoors with heating and cooling regulated in a general office environment. Shift is a day position with before- or after-hour work as necessary. Some occasional weekend work may be required.
