The responsibilities/Task for this Position
- Audits EMR daily for completion of Assessments
- Assist with Admission/Discharges
- Monitor lab orders/results
- Collaborates with Pharmacy and Physician about orders
- Work Closely with Front Line Staff
- Develops close relationships with residents to ensure their needs are met
- Works closely with IDT team
- Attend Care Plan meetings with family/residents
