What You Will Do
- Manage and oversee the entire life cycle of AV installation projects including video conferencing, digital signage, sound systems, and other audio-visual systems
- Responsible for estimating, proposals, and negotiation of pricing with client.
- Lead the process of designing, equipment selection, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Work with end users, engineers, and internal teams to assess a client’s AV needs and provide cost effective solutions.
- Review and prepare monthly financial projections for projects
- Acts as the single point of responsibility and accountability of the successful construction and profitability of projects.
- Manage project development from initiation to completion
- Work with all stakeholders to complete project outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, etc.
- Clearly communicate expectations to team members
- Act as mediator between stakeholders and team members
- Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout project life
- Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved with change order
- Lead, coach, and motivate project team members on a proactive basis
- Procure work and develop new relationships
- Ability to handle both large and small simultaneously
What You Will Need to be Successful- Expert knowledge of all current audio visual manufacturers and current technology and trends

- Minimum 5 years experience of AV project management required
- Degree in Construction Management, Business, or Engineering preferred, or on-site commercial electrical installation construction background
- Knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating and engineering principals and techniques is preferred
- Evaluate and apply job estimates and assist with new estimates as required
- Must be proficient with project management tools and software
- Knowledge of and experience with integrated job cost systems to budget, and evaluate reports
- Knowledge of and experience with design-build delivery models
- Experience with identification and quantification of project impacts
- Ability to use commercial judgment in customer relations
- Demonstrated leadership managing people
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and work environment

$140,000 - $160,000 a year
