Prime Car Wash is Hiring a Recruiting Specialist Near Fishers, IN

Prime Car Wash is looking for a corporate recruiting manager. Prime strives to deliver a culture of excellence for all our team members. As the recruiting manager you will be at the forefront of this mission for all new hires joining our team. The recruiting manager is responsible recruiting for our five Indianapolis Prime Car Wash locations.
Flexible schedule. Benefits after 90 days.
Responsibilities:
  • Job ad postings
  • Recruiting for individual location positions
  • Recruiting for corporate level positions as needed
  • Stay up to date on new and trending ways to attract top talent
  • Report staffing KPI's to team
  • Onboarding documentation and paperwork auditing
  • Audits of minor work permits
  • Organize and attend job fairs and other recruiting events on behalf of Prime Car Wash

  • Experience in recruiting, staffing, and onboarding using modern technology
  • Must be energetic and self-motivated
  • Organized and has the ability to create, implement and improve on systems

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1-3 years recruiting
