We are seeking a dynamic candidate to join the Primary Health Solutions team as a Women's Health Supervisor at our Hamilton West location. A day in the life of a Women's Health Supervisor:
Acts as on-site supervisor to Women's Health Department
Assures adherence and maintenance of all protocols and policies
Maintains timecard system, staff schedules and maintains clinic and hospital schedules; ensures patient schedules in the patient management system are maintained to maximize patient access.
Oversees intake procedures and patient flow.
Quality assurance and quality improvement e.g., clinic workflows and standards of care adherence, clinical quality metrics, safety zone follow-up.
Collaborates with Director of Operations to ensure proper quality assurance and compliance standards and requirements standards and requirements e.g., safety zone, state, or federal audits/site visits.
Assigns and coordinates follow-up on billing errors or issues.
Maintains proper supply ordering and inventory management.
Responsible for equipment maintenance.
Leads department meetings and participates in management groups/meetings
Monitors and manages patient questions and complaints including monitoring patient satisfaction survey feedback and action plans.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervises all staff in the Women's Health Department.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include: interviewing, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Requirements Success Requirements:
At least two years' experience in the women's health field.
RN Licensure Required.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate skills in a variety of software programs to include Microsoft products, current practice management system, and electronic medical record.
Skill with patients in lower socio-economic sectors of the community. Ability to speak Spanish desirable.
