Medical Receptionist - Owasso, OK
Monday - Thursday - 8am-5pm, Friday afternoons off!
Primary Health Partners is a patient focused, family medicine practice that is committed to changing the healthcare experience for our patients. As we grow we are looking for a medical receptionist to create a warm and engaging atmosphere when patients arrive to our clinic. At PHP we are looking for strong and enthusiastic communicators with a positive and empathetic personality, who are patient focused. Our model of care allows for our staff to spend more time with patients and long-lasting relationships with our patients.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
· Opens the clinic and prepares the clinic for the day.
· Greet patients and checks them in for their appointment.
· Answers the phone and makes appointments.
· Assists patients with apps and PHP technology.
· Orders supplies - both clerical and miscellaneous.
· Creates a warm and engaging atmosphere.
· Assists providers/nurses with miscellaneous needs.
· Provide excellent customer service that reflects our core values in every encounter
Qualifications:
· Previous medical receptionist experience.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Family Care Clinic experience is a plus!
· Friendly and engaging personality - preferred.
· Willingness to work as part of a team - required.

Physical Demands:
· This position is primarily sedentary but does allow some standing and moving throughout the day
