Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Janitor/Maintenance to join our team. As a Janitor/Maintenance, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and ensuring the overall appearance of our facilities. This is a crucial role in maintaining a safe and pleasant environment for employees and visitors.

Duties:
- Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming

-Assist with daily trash trash pickup and staging of dumpsters for pickup.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished
- Perform floor care duties including buffing, waxing, and polishing floors
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed
- Follow established safety guidelines and protocols

Experience:
- Previous experience in custodial or janitorial work preferred
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and commercial cleaning equipment
- Familiarity with floor care procedures such as buffing and waxing
- Ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.10 - $20.60 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
