Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and team-building skills.
• Provide administrative support to ensure effective and efficient office operations.
• Record transactions, including expenses and sales revenue.
• Verify, record, and process transactions using relevant documents.
• Maintain accurate and complete records, including ledgers, journals, invoices, and receipts.
• Multi-task effectively while working on various projects.
• Operate office equipment, such as printers, copiers, and scanners.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties to support daily company operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience.
• Knowledge of General Ledger and Chart of Accounts Structure.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to follow up on multiple issues with deadlines.
• Familiarity with business processes, including purchasing, shipping, and cash receipts.
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, UKG/Ready, and Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• A self-starter with efficient time management and organizational abilities.
