PRIDESTAFF is currently seeking dependable, motivated, and energetic Forklift / Warehouse Associates for a distribution company in Romeoville, IL.
These are TEMP-TO-HIRE opportunities starting at $ 19.50 / hr.
1st shift- 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm Mon-Fri
Job Duties :
- Material handling - shipping and receiving, loading / unloading, packaging and palletizing as needed
- Receive goods, inspect condition, and verify items against record of shipment
- Gather, verify, and pack items for shipment according to specifications
- Document, both written and computerized, and record logs of shipped items
- Route materials, supplies, and equipment to inspection or stock areas
Job Requirements :
- At least 1 year of previous warehouse / distribution experience
- 6 months forklift experience forklift certification PREFERRED
- Ability to operate a stand-up forklift PREFERRED
- Must be reliable and safety conscious. Attendance and teamwork are key!
