Schedule : M-F 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm
Full-Time, Direct Hire, In Office (Not Remote)

PrideStaff Sacramento offices are seeking Staffing Consultants to join our growing team in our multiple offices. We are seeking candidates who thrive in a fast environment of recruiting, qualifying, and interviewing great candidates and then matching these candidates with the great companies we work with.
The ideal Staffing Consultant is bi-lingual (Spanish) and has previous experience in the Staffing industry. If you can quickly assess a candidate's skills and abilities and willingness to work, we want to hear from you.
The position is a full-time, in office, direct hire position with an outstanding team in the Roseville, CA area.
Staffing Consultant Duties & Responsibilities :
Help Develop Business Through Phone Calls, Emails & Networking
Effectively Recruit, Interview, Onboard & Help Develop Talent
Perform Reference Checks
Make MPC & Inside Sales Calls & Quickly Prescreen For Core Positions
Maintain Excellent Communication With Associates & Clients Alike
Marketing Our Key Talent to The Right Clients to Present The Perfect Candidate For The Job
Negotiating Pay & Bill Rates With Clients
Staffing Consultant Requirements & Qualifications :
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
BA Preferred But Not Required
Must be Able to Type 30 wpm
Bi-Lingual in Spanish Preferred
Solid Understanding of MS Office & Excel
PrideStaff Hiring Requirements :
Must be over 18 Years of Age
Must be Willing to Submit to a Pre-Employment Background Check
Must be Willing to Submit to a Drug Screen
Must be Able to Provide Proof of Eligibility to Work in The U.S.
