PrideStaff is Hiring a Shop technician Near Independence, KY
PrideStaff is finding candidates for our client in Independence KY for a SHop Technician. This location is the repair center for the equipment they have installed at their clients.
Equipment gets sent back to be worked on. Mon-Fri 8a-5p, opportunity for OT and pay is $22.00 / hr
Responsibilities :
- Dissamble the equipment machinery that is returned
- Use all associated equipment including but not limited to Sand Blasting, Air Tools, and Torches.
- Be proficient in assembly and repair procedures.
- Cleaning of used equipment after receipt, including use of pressure washer and other equipment
- Performing repairs and any tests under the direction of your Primary and Secondary Supervisors.
- Capable of reading schematics and drawings associated with the equipment.
- Be attentive and adhere to respective job site’s safety policies, procedures, and requirements.
- Make sure in-house and on-site work areas are clean and free of debris and waste at the end of every workday.
Qualifications :
- This role will require a well-rounded mechanical background and experience.
- An ability to handle multiple projects that are time critical and ever changing.
- English fluency required. Spanish or German language skills are a plus.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $22.00 - $22.00 Per Hour
