A rapidly growing science-based skincare company in Mission Viejo is seeking a Shipping / Receiving Clerk to assist in their warehouse operations.

This individual is responsible for performing the tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing of materials, parts, and supplies.

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity, with pay starting at $19 to $20 / hour, based on experience. The hours are 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm, with some overtime possible on Saturdays.

Shipping / Receiving Clerk Responsibilities :

• Checking goods received against purchase orders or invoices
• Preparing and maintaining records of merchandise received and shipped
• Putting stock away in the warehouse or preparing for shipment
• Managing inventory of products stored in the warehouse; ensuring inventory accuracy
• Updating computer system (SAP) with shipping and receipt activity

Shipping / Receiving Clerk Requirements :

• Shipping experience 3 years min
• Must know how to communicate by email
• Experience with FedEx software manager
• Have a sense of urgency
• Forklift experience is a PLUS!
