Returns Specialists
PrideStaff San Diego is partnering with our client, a national clothing company located in the San Diego (South Bay) area, who is seeking multiple Returns Specialists to join their team.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4pm, must be available until February and for the right person, this could also lead to a permanent opportunity with an excellent career path as the client is growing (with a perm hire, there is a pay increase), it's currently paying $17.50 per hour.

Requirements:

• 6 months of experience in picking/packing, Inventory, Merchandise, or Warehouse
• Organized and detailed oriented
• Have basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to independently and to self-manage your work
• Be a team player
• Must be available to work until February (but they are looking for longer-term employees)
• Able to see colors and inspect merchandise
• Must be able to stand throughout your shift and use of hands every day
• Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and carry up to 30 lbs throughout your shift
• Have reliable transportation.

Overview
As a Returns Specialist, you will be responsible for processing and issuing refunds for returns in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You are responsible for grading the condition of returned products with high attention to detail. Returns Specialists work cross functionally with the Customer Service and Wholesale Teams to confirm proper refunds are issued in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:

• Receiving and processing returns
• Quality grading and inspection of returned items
• Work cross functionally with other departments
• Folding and repackaging
• Have basic computer skills (data entry)
• Work independently and able to self-manage your work and quotas
• Assist fellow team members
• Able and willing to learn and follow the company’s processes and H&S protocols
• Provide quality feedback to leadership.
