PrideStaff is currently seeking Receptionist for a Law Office located in Riverside, CA. This a full-time, temp- to- hire position with opportunity to grow.

• Salary : $18.50 - $19.00 hourly
• Shift : M-F 1

The Receptionist will be responsible for answering a high volume of incoming calls and transfer accordingly. Will type and create correspondence.

Will perform other general office duties such as filing, coping, and scanning.

Qualifications

• Must have 1-2 years of recent related experience in professional business environment
• Ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a dynamic and sometimes chaotic environment.
• Must have good interpersonal and written / oral communication skills.
• Experience in a law office highly desired but not required
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Computer literate / Savvy
• Must have experience with Microsoft office (Word / Excel / Outlook)

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $18.50 - $19.00 Per Hour
