The OPS Technician's main focus is 1st level support for the entire organization including all inbound NOC calls, incidents, and service requests. As a Technician reporting directly to the Operations Manager, advanced customer service skills are required. As 1st tier support, technicians must have a broad knowledge of all systems and services provided by the organization. Advanced knowledge of NOC operations, Facilities, and infrastructure is needed to
support the area. The ability to represent the organization and work with internal and external groups efficiently and professionally is essential.
