Responsibilities

• Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of information before it is entered
• Locate and correct errors or report them to supervisor
• Ability to maintain logs of activities and completed work
• To input alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard according to screen format
• To handle phone interactions with clients for support and troubleshooting
• Processing insurance verifications

Requirements

• Data entry experience is a MUST
• Must be comfortable speaking with clients and customers over the phone.
• Medical background with ICD-9, ICD-10 , medical billing, medical coding or similar is a plus
• Insurance verification
• Ability to type with speed and accuracy - Alphanumeric
• Medical office background
• Office hours are Tuesday - Friday 8 : 00a.m.- 5 : 00p.m.
• Pay rate $17.00 / hour

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $15.00 - $17.00 Per Hour
