Job Description
Maintenance Technician
Job Summary:
Our company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and general maintenance. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance and repair work, as well as a strong understanding of mechanical systems and electrical components. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working order, and will work closely with other members of the maintenance team to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing and replacing equipment, fixtures, and systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them before they become major issues
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
- Collaborate with other members of the maintenance team to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and electrical components
