Employment Information
Type of Employment : Direct Hire
Schedule : This is a Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm with some OT as needed
Pay Type : Hourly
Pay Rate :
Location : Fairfield, OH
Supervisory : Less than 10
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of an assigned department
- Develop and implement department procedures, policies, and goals
- Monitor department budget and expenses
- Evaluate employee performance and conduct reviews
- Manage employee hiring, training, and development processes
- Address customer and client concerns and ensure quality service
Skills Required :
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with office software and management systems
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and make decisions independently
- Attention to detail and customer service focus
- Strong math and logic-based thinking skills
- Strong Quality background is a PLUS
