3rd shift hours are: 11:30 pm to 7:30 am with Friday's and Saturday's off
Key Responsibilities:
- Input and maintain project data in our database system
- Track project milestones, deadlines, and progress updates
- Update and maintain maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities
- Generate reports and summaries to provide insights into project and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely data entry
Requirements:
- Previous experience in data entry or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
