PrideStaff is Hiring a Customer service associate Near Clearwater, FL
We have a great Customer Service Role for a person who enjoys helping others! In this role we are working with a medical insurance firm and this role is designed to help those policy owners navigate their coverage and answer their questions.
This role is 100% in the office and there will be no time off available in the month of January. We are looking for candidates from the Pinellas County area.
Duties :
- Will work with policy owners to determine what coverages are available
- Answer basic questions and help customers navigate their coverage
- Perform data entry to track and document all discussions for follow up and reference
Skills :
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong typing and data entry skills, able to type faster than 30 wpm
- Can work independently to solve problems
- Previous experience in a customer service role with heavy telephone and computer work is strongly preferred
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $19.00
