- Train and supervise day shift union installers.
- Schedule and assign day shift ad installations and removals.
- Utilize and update daily work database systems for ad installs and removals.
- Initiate, coordinate, and enforce operational policies and asset installation procedures.
- Perform regular field inspections of union employees’ activities and our advertising assets
- Maintain standards of health and safety within daily activities of day shift union employees
- Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.
- 3 Years of supervisory experience required.
- Light Construction experience required.
- Vinyl Graphic install experience preferred.
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
