What You'll Dive Into:
- Safety first, always – ensuring the well-being of yourself, your teammates, and the community.
- Putting your expertise to the test as you read blueprints, interpret control system drawings, and tackle daily tasks with gusto.
- Being the master of documentation, from completing meticulous records to logging maintenance procedures like a pro.
- Rolling up your sleeves to repair, test, and troubleshoot a wide range of solar site equipment, from panels to inverters and beyond.
- Leading the charge by supervising and training apprentice electricians, passing on your wisdom and ensuring they're up to speed.
- And that's just the tip of the iceberg – with us, every day is an adventure!
- A High School Diploma or equivalent, plus at least 2 years of industrial electric/electronic maintenance experience.
- A valid driver's license and a willingness to hit the road as needed.
- A solid grasp of electricity, voltage, and current relationships, with a bonus if you've got Solar PV know-how.
- The strength and agility to tackle the physical demands of the job, whether you're scaling heights or braving the elements.
- OSHA training and certification? Even better!
