Job Function:
As a Maintenance Mechanic at Pride Now, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment. Under general supervision, you'll perform a variety of maintenance tasks, from equipment repair and troubleshooting to preventive maintenance and system modifications.

Duties and Responsibilities / Essential Functions:

• Hands-on maintenance: Conduct preventive maintenance checks and repairs on a range of equipment, including pumps, boilers, heaters, and more.
• Equipment operation: Operate machinery and tools to fabricate parts and assist with installation, repair, or replacement tasks.
• Safety first: Maintain a clean and safe work environment and adhere to all environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Mechanical expertise: Demonstrated experience in mechanical operation and maintenance of industrial equipment.
• Technical proficiency: Ability to utilize a range of tools and equipment for maintenance and repair tasks.
• Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail when performing inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Effective communicator: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and follow technical instructions.

Experience and Education:

• Experience matters: Have at least 3 years of directly related experience in maintenance mechanics.
• Education: A high school diploma or GED is required, along with relevant technical certifications or licenses.
