Responsibilities will include:

• Assessment of patient’s health status and implementing appropriate plan of care
• Collaboration with facility medical director and area physicians regarding patient change of condition
• Administration of medications and implementation of various treatment modalities
• Receiving and processing physician orders
• Maintaining patient confidentiality and advocating for patient’s rights
• Graduation from an approved school of nursing required
• Current WI license as a Registered Nurse
• Current CPR certification
• Counts narcotics with oncoming shifts.
• Provides routine patient care and treatments including wound care, blood pressure checks, catheterizations, tube feedings, wound vacs, etc. following guidelines and other regulation.
• Takes physician orders over the phone.
• Completes documentation and other paperwork including patient charts, assessments, orders, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
