We are looking to hire an Aluminum Tube TIG Welder in Manchester, CT! Temp-to-hire!
Pay : up to $40 / hr
Welder Hours : Monday - Friday 8am to 4 : 30pm
Summary :
Start your career with a new start up company in the maritime industry!
Join a small team in the manufacturing, distribution and support of different maritime products including aluminum racking systems for small boats and other dock accessories.
Welder Requirements :
- Be able to achieve precision pipe fitting and tube bending
- Fit and assemble pipe and tubing along with large and small components
- Assemble complete marine boat systems according to engineered blueprints
- Assist with testing of components and systems, interfacing with customers and inspectors.
Welder Qualifications :
- Communicates well with team and management in a timely manner related to your daily work (i.e. job status, backlog, machine and / or tooling issues)
- Must have impeccable attendance record
- Strong work ethic required
- 2-5 years fabrication and working with aluminum tubes and piping
- Must be able to successfully pass a weld test
