- Experience : 2 years experience We seek a Sales Specialist with previous sales or customer service experience and a strong desire to progress towards a managerial role.

A successful Sales Specialist candidate will excel in the following :
- Ability to generate business as well as identify new sales-driving opportunities
- Leverage industry knowledge to increase sales by educating and assisting the customer
- Responsible for forging relationships with industry representatives, blending unique services to formulate creative, effective solutions
- Analyze market shifts and implement strategic sales accordingly
- Contribute to the achievement of Center’s goals and objectives
- Ability to motivate a sales team to achieve optimal results by empowering each Associate and fostering their professional growth
- Develop Associate skillset to maximize their talent and full potential
- Execute daily operational and financial procedures as well as maintain customer accounts
- Effectively manage building operations and maintenance
- Uphold the Company’s Core Values and Protocols
An ideal candidate will have :
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Commitment to creating Customers for Life and providing unparalleled customer service
- Strong leadership, critical thinking and decision making abilities
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work weekends
