Pride Staff is Hiring a Production Machine Operator Near Palm, FL
Global Scientific Manufacturing Company in Palm City, FL is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk. The position is primarily responsible for picking, packing and shipping all outgoing Domestic and some International shipments as well as receiving all incoming shipments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to :
- Prepare all outgoing shipments
- Pick products for shipment from Pick List
- Pack materials for shipment to arrive undamaged.
- Enter appropriate shipping information into shipping software / website; UPS, WorldShip, FedEx and DHL
- Enter appropriate information into ERP computer system
- Complete International Shipping Documents for Customs (Commercial Invoice, Waybills, Certificate of Origin, bill of lading, etc.)
- Hand off final information to order administrators to complete orders
- Receive packing list to complete the shipments
- Hand off to appropriate freight company
- Maintain adequate inventory of shipping materials
- Receive and inspect all incoming shipments
- Assist other members of the team with various duties
- Maintain safe and clean work environment.
- Comply with the company’s established policies and procedures.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $17.00 - $18.00 Per Hour
