Molding Operator

2nd shift / Mon-Friday / 3pm - 11 : 30pm

$15.60 / HR

Travelers Rest, SC Area

Molding Operator Key Responsibilities :

• Performs parts and Quality inspections
• Inspect parts off the molding machines using the QC Standard book
• Performs measurements using comparators, dial gages, go / no-go gages and micrometers
• Safety and Housekeeping. Performs housekeeping duties per the master cleaning schedule.
• Sort production when required
• Boxing, weighing and labeling release production
• Communicate quality issues to the Molding Dept. Quality Supervisors, Quality Lead & Quality Managers
• Verifies that corrective actions are taken by the Tool Room and Molding personnel were effective.
• Prepare reports and make problems slips
• Maintain accurate and neat quality records
• Works closely with Process Technicians and Material Handlers
• All other duties as assigned

Molding Operator Minimum Requirements :

• Must be able to lift 35 pound
• Must be able to read, understand written instructions and follow oral instructions
• Must have basic computer skills
• Must be able to work in safe manner and follow safety rules
• High School diploma or G.E.D desired

Molding Operator Physical Demands :

• While performing these duties the employee is required to constantly stand, crouch and reach. Employee
• may occasionally be required to sit. Employee must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. Join Us.
