- Understand and Follow directions
- Working under direction of maintenance manager
- Complete service requests assigned for vacant units (make ready)
Qualifications :
- Light electrical ( light bulb replacement), Light plumbing (knob and nozzle replacement),
- Lift and carry 30 lb up stairs
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $16.00 - $16.00 Per Hour
