Shift / Hours : Monday - Friday ; (First Shift) 8 : 00 AM- 4 : 00 PM
Pay Rate : $18-$20 / HR
Location : Curtis bay, MD
Our client in Curtis Bay, MD is looking for a full time shipping and receiving coordinators to help in the warehouse! They are a plumbing supply company looking for longevity employees to join their team.

Customer Service Representative job duties :
- Data entry of customer orders, and special orders.
- Monitoring Customer transactions and replying to customer inquiries via phone or email.
- Help to maintain filing, prepare, and sort documents.
- Manage and update customer and vendor accounts.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.
- Answering customer phone calls
Customer Service requirements include :
- Strong computer skills including data entry & typing
- Must be extremely motivated, energetic, and personable
- Willingness to submit to a background check and / or drug test
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
