Billing and Collections Specialist

A local Atlanta Heating and Air company in Kennesaw, GA is looking for a Billing and Collections Specialist . This is a contract position that will last for 90 days.

Shift / Hours : Monday - Friday, First Shift 8 : 00 am-5 : 00 pm

Pay Rate : $18-19 / hr

Location : Kennesaw, GA

Experience 1-3 yrs of Billing call center and collections.

Billing and Collections Specialist Job Duties include :

• Calling customers regarding their outstanding debt.
• Developing payment plans for customers.
• Locating unpaid bills.
• Gathering credit and financials on new and existing customers.

Billing and Collections Specialist Preferred Skills include :

• Call center collection experience.
• Maintaining and updating customers’ credit files for assigned accounts
• Providing maintenance of the credit customer database as required
