DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY

To work with International Subsidiaries and the International Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Parts Buyer daily on the processing of parts orders

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES 

•Work with each Subsidiary on daily lead-times of Duryea facility stocked parts 

•Enter orders of International OEM and Duryea facility stock parts into Oracle system

•Research parts to determine manufacturer and enter order accordingly into Oracle system

•Generate 50% of ship confirmation for International part orders to Subsidiaries

•Generate 50% of commercial invoices for part shipments to International Subsidiaries

•Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management 

•Attend the Annual C-TPAT Security Training

•Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment 

•Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations

•Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

REQUIRED SKILLS

•Must be a team player, friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and honest

Must have the ability to:

•Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment

•Perform a detailed analysis of data using advanced formulas in Microsoft Office Excel

Must have:

•Relentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvement

•Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel

•Excellent web navigation skills 

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills

PREFERRED SKILLS

•Basic working knowledge of Oracle preferred

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

•At least 1 year of experience working with complex Microsoft Office Excel spreadsheets

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

•At least 1 year of supply chain experience in a warehouse inventory environment preferred

•Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred

REQUIRED EDUCATION

•High School Diploma or GED

PREFERRED EDUCATION

•Associate Degree preferred
