Pride Hospitality, LLC is looking for a Director of Operations to join our company in the Alabama/Florida region.

The Director of Operations will provide hotel leadership to multiple hotels, while focusing on guest satisfaction, associate satisfaction, and owner satisfaction. The Director will act as a direct supervisor to General Managers, providing support and resources, both in person and remotely.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in the hotel industry under IHG, Choice, Wyndham, Hilton, and Marriott Brands.
• Minimum 3 years General Manager experience.
• Sales and Revenue Management experience.
• Travel- driving and flying.
• Ability to manage others virtually.
• Proficient in financial analysis and projections to achieve top line numbers.
• Deep understanding of hotel operations in every department.
• Follows and promotes company policies and procedures.
• Coaching, mentoring, feedback, and training skills in leadership.
• When necessary, required availability could include weekends, nights, or holidays.
• Takes responsibility for actions and achieves results; overcomes obstacles.
• Presents ideas, concepts, and information effectively and clearly.
• Communicates comfortably with various audiences; actively listens and responds effectively to questions.
• Able to proactively take initiative without supervision.
• Addresses issues or opportunities without supervision.
• Promote Pride Hospitality, LLC, Brand policies and philosophies to employees and guests.
• Oversight of all financial aspects to include P & L, CapEx, Forecasting, and Budgeting.
• Ensures operational excellence for all hotels in the portfolio; provides support, critique, and guidance to hotels falling short of brand standards or company expectations.
• Ensure brand QA Compliance/Performance and approving/creating action plans to improve hotel scores.
