Pride Embroidery & Screen Printing is seeking a quality individual to join our team as an Embroidery Machine Operator.

As an Embroidery Machine Operator the individuals basic job is to properly set up, calibrate, maintain and successfully fulfill work orders and meet deadlines using industrial embroidery machines. The position requires an individual who performs a variety of duties to ensure that the end product is of high quality, and meets the standards that are set for it.

Successful applicant must also:

• Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; pay close attention to detail.
• Have basic oral and written communication skills. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Be responsible for set up of the machine: threading the correct colors at each needle, programming designs and colors into the machine, preparing garment for production.
• Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards outlined by the company.
• Be highly productive, organized and a strong team player.
• Able/comfortable to work alone as well as with others.
• Be flexible and have a positive attitude.
• Be able to run multiple jobs on multiple machines at the same time.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Be clean and very organized.
• Be able to fill out production logs, keep track of daily and weekly production schedules.

Embroidery machine experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train a motivated candidate.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
