Director, Learning and Development

In this role you will get to:
Set the vision for further developing our talented professionals with a focus on building leadership and managementcapabilities.
Conduct needs assessments and proactively engage learning partners within P&C and business sponsors to understand requirements for strengthening professional capabilities; cultivate relationships with internal subject matter experts and build networks to inform perspective and respond to evolving needs.
Design, develop, and maintain training and development content including end-user materials, learner and facilitator guides, e-learning modules, etc.
Apply principles of adult learning, learning styles, and various instructional design approaches and processes to learning solutions.
Owner and administrator of our LMS
Ensure a DEI lens is applied to all content.
Ensure consistent execution of learning offerings through the design and deployment of a comprehensive set of training processes, routines, and standards.
Define key metrics, leverage quantitative and qualitative feedback to optimize programs and demonstrate impact.
Provide day to day guidance and leadership to L&D Coordinator
Evaluate, identify and partner with vendors as needed to procure/customize content; Manage the budget and allocation of development resources.
Who you are:
Bachelor's in Business; Master's / MBA in HR is preferred
8 years experience driving organizational development programs and processes and creating learning strategies to meet organizational capability needs.
5 years' experience with adult education and curriculum development. Experience with eLearning tools (Captivate, Articulate, any LMS)is a plus.
Strong organizational, project management and excellent follow-through skills
Strong leadership and analytical skills with a high level of creativity
ROI/Business Planning: ability to manage a budget and build strong business case and ROI assumptions for organizational development / learning investments
Excellent written, verbal and communication skills.
Demonstrated history of living the values important to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.
The salary range for this position is $165,000-$205,000#LI-MH
