• Infrastructure Management: Manage cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), ensuring proper provisioning, configuration, and optimization for optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Incident Response: Lead incident response and post-incident analysis, collaborating with engineering teams to identify root causes and implementing preventive measures to avoid future incidents.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, such as performance tuning, capacity planning, and security enhancements, to maintain high levels of service availability and reliability.
