PRICE WATERHOUSE COOPERS is Hiring a Remote L&D -Learning Innovation & Technology Manager

A career in Learning and Development, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to the success of our people by developing quality and relevant learning initiatives that constantly improve the PwC experience. You’ll help us identify and source the best instructors, develop learning and performance improvement solutions across traditional and virtual classroom environments, and consult with other areas of the Firm to ensure our curriculums and initiatives support the PwC strategy. Our Learning and Development Technology team manages construction of interactive training modules that facilitate effective learning at all staff levels. As part of the team, you’ll help with building learning dashboards, white board modules, digital learning exercises and other formats of interactive learning that facilitate effective individualised and team based learning.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in a professional services environment utilizing an array of digital skills to drive higher value, lower cost, and a tech-enabled learning experience, including:

  • Using design thinking (including persona development, affinity mapping, journey mapping, and prototyping);
  • Using agile project management techniques (including sprint planning, backlog management and sprint review);
  • Analyzing data and communicating data insights to drive decision making (leveraging market leading tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, etc.);
  • Leveraging the Google suite of tools to drive efficiency, productivity, and collaboration;
  • Displaying an understanding of learning technology needs assessment, design, and evaluation methods and processes;
  • Applying knowledge of learning management systems and how future enhancements can support learning and development with respect to firm goals, strategic priorities and development;
  • Implementing new compliance or learning technology processes and systems, and maintaining systems and processes for an optimal learner experience;
  • Creating intellectual capital as part of efforts to enhance learning systems;
  • Leveraging technical capabilities to address how learning solutions integrate with our core LMS, LXP, and other firmwide platforms through xAPI, API, data feeds, etc.; to a delightful unified consumer experience;
  • Embracing and delivering learning technology solutions and support through a data driven storytelling approach, (e.g.; data visualization, wrangling);
  • Leveraging the knowledge and skills of team members and teaming effectively across business and technical functions organization to deliver high-impact results;
  • Exhibiting interpersonal skills collaborating with stakeholders on identifying and articulating business problems/challenges while developing business and technical requirements, and proposing solution recommendations; and,
  • Highlighting communication skills on business goals, project plans, issues, and risks while leading the team through delivery of operational projects or incident resolutions.
