Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments
- Verify and inspect received goods for quality and accuracy
- Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, order pickers, cherry pickers, and RF scanners
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records in the warehouse management system
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge for operating warehouse equipment is required. Forklift certified.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Experience with RF scanners for inventory management is beneficial
- Proficient in order picking and packing techniques

Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment processes
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks requiring repetitive motions
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain inventory accuracy and locate items efficiently
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors
