Summary
Responsible for activities of workers engaged in operating and maintaining facilities and equipment for apartment buildings by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
Essential Duties
Must have experience/knowledge with HUD. Other job duties are as follows. You will assist with/process residents requests; work orders, resident complaints, process applications and prepare move-in packets etc. Other Clerical functions as in collections, posting, depositing and processing all income. Maintain resident's file, renewals and necessary paperwork. Show apartments and follow-up prospective residents. Walk vacancies. Handle maintenance requests. Maintain high standard of resident relations. Perform any reasonable request or tasks. Participate in monthly Apartment Association activities and attend mandatory safety training requirements. Assist with other duties, as assigned by the Regional Manager.
