Assist Lead Maintenance in the daily upkeep of the physical building, apartment units, property exterior and common area appearance in accordance with company standards. Required to work On-Call rotation and have a reliable vehicle.
Salary Range: $22-24 hourly based on experience and property assigned
Responsibilities:

• Complete assigned work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain an excellent customer service relationship with all residents and fellow associates
• Assist with building and common area maintenance
• Maintain property equipment
• Perform other job related duties as required

Experience and Skills
Skills needed to succeed:

• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of HVAC systems
• Knowledge of general maintenance (i.e., electrical, plumbing, appliances repair, etc.)
• Work with minimal supervision
• Strong customer service skills

Experience needed:

• 2 years multi-family maintenance experience
• 1 year HVAC systems work
• A valid driver's license and any other licenses/certification required by state
• HVAC certification (EPA Type I & II OR Universal)
