Provides office and field support by assisting with administrative systems, policies and procedures, administrative projects and facility maintenance. Provide high-level support by conducting research, preparing analytical reports, handling information and requests, service contracts and coordinating and scheduling facility maintenance and repair work.
Responsibilities:

• Handle basic maintenance service calls by contacting appropriate vendor or assigning work orders to in-house maintenance staff
• Assist with the maintenance of the key system for office and mailboxes
• Assist vendors with site access
• Conduct property inspections
• Provide maintenance and repair oversight
• Collect administrative paperwork from retail businesses weekly or as needed
• Provide exceptional field service by responding to retail requests and or problems in a timely and courteous manner
• Follow-up with retail requests to insure satisfactory resolution of any issues
• Assist with vendor contracts and analysis of maintenance programs
• Assist the design and implementation of all customer service and quality control programs
• Assist with vendor relationships, utility management, special projects and other miscellaneous matters involving the corporate office

Experience and Skills
Skills needed to succeed:

• Demonstrate effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Strong human relations and customer service skills, with the ability to maintain professional image
• Knowledge of sales techniques
• Strong math aptitude with attention to detail
• Excellent management and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of property management operations
• Knowledge of landlord/tenant laws
• Knowledge of bookkeeping/accounting

Experience needed:

• A valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state.
